Z1 Academy is a martial arts training centre in Namibia focused on developing both physical skill and mental discipline. The academy offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), kickboxing, and self-defence classes for all ages, led by experienced instructors in a supportive and empowering environment. Training at Z1 Academy emphasises respect, confidence, focus, and personal growth through martial arts practice.
